Possible characteristics of a Sagittarius child

Sagittarius is the ninth star sign in the zodiac and it’s element is fire. From a young age you may notice that your child is enthusiastic about life in general. Many Sagittarians pride themselves on bringing joy and happiness to others. You might also notice that your child has a positive outlook on life and is very sociable and friendly, even when they are still in the cot!

You could also find that your Sagittarian child loves new scenery and new things in general. Many tend to adapt well to new situations and embrace change rather than resist it. Unfamiliar things and people can be fascinating to a Sagittarian.

Your Sagittarian child might love education, and you might need to steer them towards the formal education route, as many people born under this sign prefer self-education rather than learning under a rigid system. But the fact that they love knowledge can’t be taken away from them. At school you might see your Sagittarian child gravitating towards subjects such as history, languages and philosophy.

As your child grows up (Sagittarian children tend to grow up and mature relatively quickly), they won’t struggle to drop their childish side. They might also find a love for travel. Many Sagittarians become very successful, but maintain their playful side on the ‘road to success’.

It is important to note that the exact characteristics of your child (and how strong each characteristic is), will very much depend on the position of both the moon and other planets when your child was born.

Health and Eating

The parts of the body associated with Sagittarians are hips and thighs. It is important for a Sagittarian to exercise these parts of the body in order to maintain a state of overall well-being. It is also important for them to look after their pituitary glands (a part of the brain that controls the release of nine different hormones into the body) and livers. They can keep the latter two healthy by keeping fat, alcohol and other unhealthy substances to a minimum.

Silica is the food substance that is particularly important to Sagittarians. A severe deficiency in this food substance can have a telling impact on a person’s appearance, particularly their hair. Food that are naturally rich in silica include: vegetables such as tomatoes, Brussels sprouts and asparagus, fruit skins including apples, pears and plums, oats, whole-grain, eggs and fish.
