When it comes to your own attitude, it seems like that is changing as well. Maybe you’re acting less impulsively and making more informed judgements. One of your colleagues who never ‘minces their words’ might tell you that you are focussing more on money than relationships. If this is true, it’s up to you to strike a balance between the two.
